To all our valued customers,

We are all experiencing incredibly confusing and unpredictable times. In consideration of the ongoing uncertainty regarding COVID-19, we wish to reassure you that we are taking necessary precautions to protect the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our employees and our partners. 

We will continue to operate our business in accordance with government guidelines. We are accepting, dispatching and delivering all orders as normal. Our teams are working hard to despatch as many orders as possible. We’ve put some stringent safety measures in place to protect our teams which means we may have slightly reduced capacity. As a result, please note that delivery times for some items may be longer than usual, but we’re working hard to despatch all orders as quickly as possible.

We understand the importance of our customers feeling safe and comfortable in their homes. For your peace of mind, you are able to advise couriers if you don’t want them to enter your home. They will understand, and will be more than happy to make other arrangements with you.

We are closely monitoring the advice and information provided by the government and commit to updating you if anything changes. Rest assured, our priority remains providing you with the quality goods you’ve come to expect in the safest possible way.

We would also like to take some time to thank our incredible frontline services and NHS staff for their unbelievable and unprecedented support.
