Where Do You Deliver ?

If your delivery address falls into one of the postcodes below then please contact our customer support team to place your order. They may be able make alternative arrangements to send your order by special couriers at an additional delivery charge, which cannot be done on the website.

How Do I Contact The Carrier Who Will Deliver To Me ?

The phone number for the delivery company that will deliver your furniture will be found on the order email.

Can I Change My Delivery Date ?

Yes, the delivery date of your order can be changed up until three (3) days before the scheduled date. To make this change, contact our Support Team.

When Will My Order Be Delivered ?

Delivery timescales are given to the customer once the order has been processed. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Glambeds shall not be held accountable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted ?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

When Is My Credit Card Charged ?

There may be an initial authorization of your card once you submit your order online; however, your card is only charged once the order is processed.

What Happens If There Is A Pricing Error ?

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, Glambeds reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our support team or refer to our return policy.

Can I Cancel My Order ?

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t already been sent out for delivery. To cancel, please contact our support team at least 48 hours prior to your delivery date and we will refund your credit card. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is canceled after it has already been picked up for delivery. Find out more about our returns and exchange policy.
